Since the mid 1980's a forum has existed to help breakdown barriers between the mixed Sedgefield denominations. To quote Ann Hewitt (Hon. Sec.), their role has been 'to look for what parishioners have in common not what divides us'. The bonding of personal Christian relationships has become main emphasis of their work.
